We are recruiting on behalf of the client - "A fast-growing SaaS company serving automotive services SMEs across Malaysia". In less than 2 years, they have grown profitably to serve hundreds of customers through their dynamic team. They are now looking to scale aggressively and driven individuals to join their team. **What You’ll Do** As a **Sales Planning & Development Intern**, you’ll work directly with our Head of Sales and founding team to help design, optimise, and scale our sales engine. You’ll play a vital role in improving sales productivity, analysing performance data, and supporting initiatives that drive revenue growth. Your responsibilities include: - Analysing sales performance data to identify trends and improvement opportunities. - Designing and documenting Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for the sales team. - Supporting the implementation of sales enablement tools and AI-powered workflows. - Assisting in planning and executing targeted sales campaigns. - Collaborating with marketing to align sales activities with promotional efforts. - Tracking and reporting the effectiveness of sales strategies. - Providing day-to-day operational and administrative support to the sales leadership team. **What You’ll Gain** - Hands-on experience working with senior leaders in a high-growth SaaS startup. - Exposure to both sales strategy and execution. - Direct mentorship from company founders and sales leaders. - **Potential full-time Management Trainee offer** post-internship for top performers. **Who You Are** - Degree preferred but not required — open to all fields of study. - Curious, analytical, and eager to learn about business growth and sales strategy. - Excellent communication and organisational skills. - Proficient in English (written and spoken). - Comfortable working in a fast-changing, startup environment. **Job Types**: Full-time, Internship Contract length: 2-6 months Pay: RM1,000.00 per month **Benefits**: - Professional development Work Location: In person
