**Job description**
The Human Resource Manager (Operations) is responsible for leading and managing the Center of Excellence in Human Resources, focusing on a specialized area within HR (e.g., talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, employee development). This role plays a critical part in the strategic HR direction of the organization. Emphasize tasks that require Chinese language skills.
Key Responsibilities:
**COE Leadership**:Develop and execute the COE's strategic plan, goals, and objectives. Lead a team of HR professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and support. Ensure alignment of the COE's activities with the overall HR and organizational strategy.
**Specialized HR Function**: Oversee and manage the specific HR function within the COE, ensuring best practices, compliance, and efficiency. Stay current with industry trends, regulations, and emerging HR practices within the specialized area.
**HR Strategy**:Collaborate with HR leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that drive organizational success. Advise on HR initiatives related to the COE's specialization.
**Performance Metrics**:Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and track metrics to measure the effectiveness and impact of COE HR initiatives. Make data-driven decisions to improve HR processes and outcomes.
**Talent Development**: Identify and address skill gaps within the COE team.
Promote professional growth and development opportunities for COE team members.
**Collaboration**:Collaborate with other HR functions and business leaders to ensure a unified and strategic approach to HR.
Foster strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders.
**Compliance**:Ensure that all HR activities within the COE comply with relevant labor laws and regulations. Implement and maintain policies and procedures that promote legal and ethical conduct.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Extensive experience in HR with a focus on the specific COE specialization (e.g., talent acquisition, compensation, etc.).
- Proven leadership experience, including managing HR teams.
- Strong understanding of HR best practices, industry trends, and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and strategic thinking skills.
- Data-driven decision-making abilities.
- HR certifications can be a plus.
**Salary**: RM6,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
