**Human Resource Cum Admin position.**
- 5 days working
- Location - Kg Baru Subang, Shah Alam
- Nature of Business : Established manufacturing company for plastic packaging

**Requirements**:

- Min Diploma and higher
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required
- Able to communicate and written in English & BM
- Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers
- Excel in MS Office (MS Excel in particular).
- Good time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.

**Job Responsibilities: -**
- To assist in monthly payroll calculation, updating attendance, petty cash claims and records.
- To prepare invoices and filling.
- Update and maintain employee handbook, attendance, leave/medical record, staff confirmation and training records
- Perform other administrative tasks including office upkeep and maintenance, office purchases, contract renewal
- Responsible in preparing delivery order, reports, memorandums, agendas & minutes of meetings
- General Admin & HR works
- Related duties that will be designated from time to time.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

**Language**:

- English (preferred)
- Bahasa (preferred)
