- Conduct regular team meetings and training sessions to enhance staff knowledge and skills.
- Ensure a positive and welcoming environment for clients, promoting exceptional customer service.
- Address client concerns and feedback promptly, maintaining a focus on client satisfaction.
- Identify opportunities for business growth, such as partnerships, promotions, and community outreach.
- Monitor and maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and aesthetic appeal within the clinic.
- Manage the clinic budget, monitor expenses, and report financial performance and each consultant sales to upper management. Basic accounting knowledge and reporting for daily financial update.
- Work closely with the finance department to achieve financial goals and objectives.
- Experience in aesthetic treatment and assisting Doctor with procedure in aesthetic
- **Must be able to do sales for services packages. (Commissions given based on sales performance).**:

- **Must be able to do calls, looking for clients and convince patient to come to clinic.**:

- Perform daily clerical & administrative support to clinic i.e stock checks and panel key in. Handle simple HR work and new staff orientation and resignation.

REQUIREMENT
- Minimum Education Level: Diploma/Degree/Certification
- Minimum Years of Experience: 3 or 5 years of any background **( Must have the passion in doing sales and handling Team)**:

- Technical Skills or Particular Experience: General Practice and Aesthetic, Microsoft Office, Internet, (computer skills), basic accounting knowledge
- Soft Skills**:Fluent in English**, **Bahasa**,Willing to learn, Honest, responsible, Good communication skills, **Excellent verbal and written communication skills is a must, Good work ethics, good PR and Marketing skills. Must be pleasant with neat appearance and well groomed.**
