**Information Blurb (30 second elevator pitch)**

We are looking for an **Associate Content Editor** to join our Dual Filing Team. This is an amazing opportunity to work on **Chinese dual filing patent content in IP segment**. The team consists of 3 people and are reporting to the Content Editing Team Manager. We have a great skill set in quality driven operational workflow for Chinese dual filing patent content by optimizing the use of editorial resource to enhance our content, carrying out quality analysis to optimize our workflow and operational practices and we would love to speak with you if you have skills in read and write both English and Mandarin with Engineering or Bioscience related degree.

**About You - experience, education, skills, and accomplishments**
- Excellent read and written Chinese (Mandarin) and excellent read, spoken and written English.
- A Science, Engineering or Bioscience related degree required; masters/advanced degree and Engineering background preferred.
- Excellent skill on image recognition
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

**It would be great if you are...**
- Previous experience in quality control is preferable.

**What will you be doing in this role?**
- Identify patents that relates to the same invention.
- Achieve production volume and quality targets in the expected timeline.
- Recording of performance against target
- Maintain awareness of current developments in own technology areas.
- Achieve and maintain consistent quality standards.
- Manage customer cases assigned by the Customer Service Desk and operational requests.
- Provide data analysis and reporting from periodic quality benchmarking reviews.
- Provide analysis and feedback of quality assurance data to drive continuous content improvement.
- Provide analysis and suggestions for process and content improvements as part of daily role or through participation in project teams.
- Provide quality assurance checks and necessary update for the translation of assignee, inventor, agent names translations and address data.
- Provide quality assurance checks and necessary update for the master dictionary.
- Undertake any other reasonable duties as requested by your manager on a permanent or temporary basis.

**About the Team**

Linking CN patents filed as Application and Utility and assigning them to the correct patent families within days of publication. (Clarivate developed its own data science solution to identify dual filings by matching bibliographic data and evaluating the similarity of drawing images between CN(A) and CN(U) patents.)
