**Assistant Maintenance**

To assist in the maintenance of the operating condition of the buildings and equipment and to complete basic and manageable repairs.

DETAILS OF RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Ensure weekly maintenance inspection checklist is being followed.

2. Ensure all utilities are in good working conditions.

3. To record on the work order schedule.

4. To discuss on the priority of work with the Supervisor/HOD.

5. To record all job completion on the daily recording Log book.

6. Attend to urgent maintenance requisition and replacement for repair have to be recorded and purchase upon approval.

7. All replaced parts and cost incurred have to be recorded on the log book.

8. To assist in monitoring all work being performed by the contractors.

9. Ensure cleanness of drains, gutters and compound is maintained.

10. Ensure grass cutting, tree trimming and within the compound is maintain clean at all times.

11. Ensure rubbish are disposed in proper at all times.

12. Ensure that anti-mosquito breeding program is run on regular basis within the compound under the Supervisor/HOD

13. To carry out painting work as and when necessary.

**Other Periodic assignment required to be done by the Maintenance assistance on Weekly and Monthly Basis**.

1. To propose and discuss on improvement activity for maintenance department.

2. To participate in all major functions of the home.

**Assistant Warden**

To be assist of Warden for monitoring the care of the senior citizens, trainees & residents of SNH and monitor the cleanliness of the Home.

1. Escort the senior citizens to hospitals or clinics when necessary.

2. Manage the cleanliness and the bookings of the guest rooms and dormitories.

3. The job functions are not only limited or restricted to those stated above. Other duties/tasks may assign from time to time by the superiors and management.

4. Be on 24 hours on-call in lieu of trainees and inmates for emergency purpose.

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**

1. Minimum SPM/STPM in academic qualification.

2. Minimum 1-2 years experience in related field.

3. Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English language.

4. Possess valid driving license (Manual D)

5. Able to care for the senior citizen and blind people.

6. Willing to be based at Penang.

7. Work Shift & weekends

8. Basic computer knowledge

**Job Type**: Contract

**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM1,800.00 per month
