**Job Title: IT Infrastructure Project Manager**

**Competencies & Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s Degree in **Computer Science**, **Information Technology**, or a related discipline.
- **Professional certifications** such as **PMP** or **PRINCE2** are an added advantage.
- **5-8 years** of proven **IT project management** experience, preferably in **infrastructure-related** initiatives.
- Prior hands-on experience as an **Infrastructure Engineer** is advantageous but not mandatory.

**Technical & Functional Skills**
- Strong understanding of **IT Infrastructure domains**, including:

- **Active Directory**, **DNS/DHCP**, and **Identity Access Management (IAM)**:

- **Cloud services**: IaaS, PaaS, SaaS
- **Server**, **storage**, **network**, **disaster recovery**, and **business continuity planning**:

- Demonstrated experience managing **infrastructure foundational services**.
- Excellent project planning, execution, and **multi-workstream coordination**.
- Ability to lead cross-functional technical teams and **guide infrastructure engineers** through project milestones.
- Capable of **facilitating productive meetings** and engaging technical and business stakeholders.

**Project Leadership & Delivery**
- Lead infrastructure-related IT projects from initiation to completion, ensuring:

- **Timely delivery**:

- **Scope adherence**:

- **Budget control**:

- **Stakeholder satisfaction**:

- Support the **development of infrastructure roadmaps** and implementation strategies.
- Ensure all solutions meet **operational and compliance standards**.
- Manage **risks, issues, and dependencies** proactively.
- Deliver clear **documentation and reporting** throughout the project lifecycle.

Pay: RM10,000.00 - RM11,000.00 per month

**Experience**:

- PMP or PRINCE2: 1 year (required)
- IT project management - infrastructure: 3 years (required)
- Active Directory, DNS/DHCP, Identity Access Management (IAM): 3 years (required)
- Cloud services: IaaS, PaaS, SaaS: 2 years (required)
- Server, storage, network, disaster recover: 3 years (preferred)
