Job Requirement - To call delinquent accounts and follow up with clients to secure payments. - Achieve daily productivity target and collection amount set by Management. - Handle recovery of accounts assigned to Collection Agency. - Attend to walk-in clients enquiry or incoming call. - Handle delinquent clients requests for interest waivers, queries and complaints. - Ensure collection actions are within the company guidelines and collection policies. - Take on additional tasks assigned by the Management from time to time.
Diners Club (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd (“the Company”) is a private limited company, incorporated and domiciled in Malaysia. The registered office of the Company is located at 11th Floor, Wisma E&C, No. 2, Lorong Dungun Kiri, Damansara Heights, 50490 Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. The principal place of business of the Company is located at Suite 16.03, 16th Floor, Menara Tan & Tan, 207 Jalan Tun Razak, 50400 Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. The penultimate holding company of the Company is Johan Holdings Berhad, which is incorporated in Malaysia and listed on the Main Board of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad. Johan Capital Sdn Bhd and Strategic Usage Sdn Bhd are the intermediate holding company and immediate holding company of the Company respectively. The principal activities of the Company were that of the provision of charge and credit card services by acting as a processor service Diners Club cards issued by overseas franchisees to cardholders visiting Malaysia and be responsible for the collection and payment to merchants in Malaysia and other related services. On 31 October 2015, the Board of Directors of the penultimate holding company, Johan Holdings Berhad, announced the rationalization of the business of the Company. Effective from that date, the Company has ceased all cards issuing business and terminated the usage by cardholders of all Diners Club charge and credit cards issues by the Company.
