**Sales Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement sales strategies to attract new members, increase event bookings (corporate golf days, and tournaments), and promote F&B outlets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with members, corporate clients, and community partners.
- Conduct sales presentations, property tours, and prepare proposals for events and memberships.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets across all revenue streams.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, lead generation, and partnerships.

**Marketing Responsibilities**:

- Create and execute marketing campaigns to promote the golf club’s offerings including memberships, events, golf packages, and promotions.
- Develop marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and advertisements.
- Coordinate with design and media vendors as needed for campaigns and promotions.
- Analyze marketing performance and adjust strategies based on ROI and KPIs.

**Event & Promotion Support**:

- Work closely with the Events and F&B team to support the planning and promotion of internal and external events.
- Represent the club at trade shows, expos, and community events to enhance visibility.
- Support the delivery of club tournaments, seasonal promotions, and member appreciation events.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Hospitality, or related field.
- 3-5 years of sales and marketing experience, preferably in golf clubs, hospitality, or lifestyle venues.
- Proven track record in sales growth and brand development.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Passion for golf and understanding of club culture is highly desirable.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From RM6,000.00 per month
