The Marketing Executive is responsible for planning, developing, and executing marketing strategies that promote the brand, services, and projects of Kuasa Rail Engineering Sdn Bhd. This role supports business development initiatives and enhances the company’s visibility within the rail and engineering sectors.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement marketing plans to support business objectives and project promotions.
- Manage the company’s digital presence, including website content, LinkedIn, and other professional platforms.
- Coordinate the design and production of marketing materials such as brochures, project profiles, newsletters, and corporate presentations.
- Assist with the preparation of proposals, tenders, and capability statements in collaboration with the engineering and business development teams.
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and business opportunities.
- Organize and participate in industry events, trade exhibitions, and networking sessions to promote the company’s services and establish business contacts.
- Maintain and update a database of key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Support internal communication and branding efforts, including staff engagement campaigns.
- Track and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and activities.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience, preferably in engineering, construction, or infrastructure sectors.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Proficient in MS Office, graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Illustrator), and digital marketing platforms.
- Good understanding of B2B marketing and public sector engagement.
- Creative, detail-orientated, and able to work independently as well as in a team.

Pay: RM1,764.72 - RM5,027.24 per month
