Mro Buyer

**Responsibilities**:

- Plan, source, and procure **materials, supplies, equipment, parts, and services** according to company requirements and timelines.
- Solicit and evaluate **quotations and bids**, perform comparative analyses, and make well-informed purchasing recommendations.
- Monitor and follow up on all **purchase requisitions** to ensure timely ordering and delivery of goods.
- Maintain accurate records of **reports, invoices, and purchase orders** for audit and reconciliation purposes.
- Prepare and manage **tender documents**, coordinate bidding processes, negotiate pricing, and select suppliers for medium to large-scale purchases that significantly impact company profitability.
- Evaluate and manage supplier performance to ensure a **reliable and efficient supply chain**, minimizing procurement risks.
- Report **monthly and quarterly purchasing results**, tracking key performance indicators against targets.
- Review and manage **contractual agreements**, initiate renegotiations when necessary, and implement measures to ensure consistent supply.
- Conduct **local and international market research** to identify new suppliers, innovative products, and alternative sourcing opportunities.
- Ensure prompt attention to purchase requests (PR), timely issuance of purchase orders (PO), and proactive follow-up with suppliers to meet delivery commitments.

**Job Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
- Minimum **5 years of relevant experience** in procurement or supply chain management.
- Strong **multi-tasking, analytical, and results-oriented** mindset with great attention to detail.
- Excellent **organizational, communication, interpersonal, and negotiation** skills.
- Solid understanding of **MRO procurement practices**, negotiation strategies, costing principles, and basic business law.
- Experienced in both **local and international sourcing** for materials, equipment, and services.
- Proficient in **Microsoft Office** and equipped with strong analytical abilities.
- **Proficiency in Mandarin** is required to liaise effectively with suppliers.

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
