**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct onboarding and induction programs for new hires to ensure a seamless integration.
- Maintain and update employee records in HRIS and ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.
- Support payroll processing by collating attendance, leave, and other relevant data.
- Coordinate training and development programs and track participation.
- Address basic employee queries regarding HR policies, benefits, and payroll.
- Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and internal events.
- Prepare HR reports and presentations as required.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
- Support the performance appraisal process and documentation.

**Main Requirements**:

- Have at least 1 year experience in HR
- Able to communicate verbally & writing in English and Malay fluently. Mandarin Must.
- Exemplary planning and time management skills.
- Ability to stay calm and on-task in high-stress situations.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload.
- Discretion with personal and confidential information.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Q Sentral.
