To support all existing channels which are held by respective Key Account Managers and Sales Managers namely EFTPOS/Banks, QRs and Special Projects as second liners after KAMs.
- Compiling, presenting and planning reports on key merchants' progress, feedback, complaint, goals and quarterly initiatives to provide customer relationship management and to share with team members and possible use in future case studies on merchant training.
- Assist in resolving key merchant issues and complaints.
- Strategic planning to improve key merchants results.
- Develop annual activity plan with sales team and marketing team.
- Communicating and collaborating between key merchants and internal teams.
- Research and source new potential merchants.
- Collaborating with the Key Account Managers and Sales Managers to maximize profit by up-selling or cross-selling.
- Involved in monthly forecast review plan to achieve execution of plans.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
