**vivo Malaysia is hiring Training & Development Executive**
- Design, plan, organize or direct orientation and retail training programs for sales team
- Produce training strategy and plans to meet training and development needs and manage training delivery, measurement and follow-up as necessary
- Liaise with relevant functional /departmental managers so as to understand all necessary aspects and needs to staff training and development to ensure they are fully informed of staff training and development objectives, purposes and achievements
- Design training courses and programs necessary to meet training needs or manage this activity via external provider(s)
- Stay informed as to relevant skill and qualifications levels required by staff for effective performance, and provides recommendation to reporting manager
- Ensure all training activities and materials meet with organizational requirements
- To train and develop direct sales and services team via assessing training needs, develop training methods and modules with assessments, discussions, role playing, team exercise and visual materials
- must possess own transport and willing to travel within Malaysia

**Job Requirements**
- Required language(s): English and Mandarin (due to nature of business)
- Good attitude of training ability couple with excellent public presentation skill
- Applicants must possess own transport and willing to travel within Malaysia
- Fresh graduates with strong passion to learn will be considered
