Achieve monthly big bike retail sales and wholesales target with the implementation of sales and marketing strategies.
- Daily monitoring of dealer's credit limit and account receivable.
- Responsible for taking monthly sales orders and payment collection from dealers.
- Build good rapport with BigWing dealers and sub-dealers through regular monthly planned visits.
- Have a detailed understanding of Honda big bike products/services.
- Maintaining networking for information on competitors' activities, new models, and competitors campaigns and collect reliable market intelligence & info from external sources.
- Plan, support and execute Big Bikr events and activities for Honda BigWing dealers for business expansion.
- Coordinate training sessions for dealer staff related to Big Bike (technical & products).
- Disseminate and ensure POP materials and sales kits are updated and properly displayed.
- Update dealers' profile information on weekly basis.
- Assist in preparing and sending (AP and K1) to dealers for registration and Puspakom inspection purpose.
- Assist in preparing weekly or monthly sales meeting material for management.
- To study and ensure detailed understanding of company policy, direction, and BW policy.
- Comply with company rules and regulations as well as keep updated on the latest rules and regulations by the governments related to the industry.
- Assist to check regularly for Honda BigWing showroom Visual Identity (VI) compliance during dealer visits.
- Support Dealer Network Development activities and initiatives for dealers from time to time.
- Market intelligence and able to use SAP Cloud for daily sales activities (visitation report, market information & competitors' activity, follow up matters.
- Undertake any other projects, tasks and duties as assigned by superiors from time to time.

Requirement(s):

- Minimum Bachelor Degree in Business (Marketing/Management) or related field with 2 years working experience in Sales/Marketing for Automotive Industry.
- Passion towards motorcycle/automotive industry and have knowledge about company products.
- Able to converse in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Computer literate and able to utilize software such as (Microsoft Office tools).
- Able to travel for work to visit dealers/company events/etc.
- Have great problem solving and communication skills.
- Able to adapt in a fast phase working environment.
- Great team player.

Pay: RM3,200.00 - RM4,200.00 per month
