**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Administrative Support**:
- Oversee daily administrative functions, ensuring the efficient operation of school activities.
- Manage business license renewals and other compliance-related tasks with relevant authorities.
**Management Support**:
- Assist the company management with school events, planning and other tasks on an ad-hoc basis.
**Qualifications**:
- At least 2 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in an educational setting.
- Experience dealing with authorities at MBSJ, MBPJ or other Majlis Bandaraya.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
**Preferred Skills**:
- Experience working in early childhood education or familiarity with preschool environments.
- Knowledge of local education regulations and government compliance procedures.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 6 months
Pay: RM1,900.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
