**Your role in a nutshell**: - Deliver exceptional customer satisfaction by understanding customer needs, providing tailored solutions, and serving as a knowledgeable ambassador for the company's products and solutions, while also managing ongoing opportunities and ensuring timely support for each order. **Your mission will be to**: - Exceed inside sales targets for calls/meetings coordination and contribute to the overall commercial sales team target. - Deliver a premium level of customer satisfaction by understanding customer needs and providing appropriate solutions. - Manage inbound calls and proactively make outbound calls to generate new business opportunities. - Maximize the effectiveness of outbound call campaigns to generate leads and expand the customer base. - Schedule visits with Field Sales colleagues based on customer needs. - Stay up to date as a product and solutions expert, serving as a credible Technogym’s Ambassador. - Manage ongoing opportunities, ensuring the correct support for each order and keeping the wider business informed. - Collect and share market feedback with relevant departments to enhance product and service offerings. - Research and analyze market trends to identify new business opportunities. - Collaborate with marketing to develop targeted lead-generation campaigns. - Profile the CRM Database to ensure information accuracy and keep it up to date. - Knowledge of Salesforce is a plus. **A little about you**: - A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is essential for this role. - Knowledge of the sales process; previous sales experience is desirable. - Resilient prospector and lead generator. - Proficient in CRM and pipeline management. - Exceptional customer relations, communication, and presentation skills. - Proficiency in social media, IT, and digital skills. - Integrity, humility, hunger, and drive. - Passion for fitness, performance, health, and product use. - Team player, collaborative, independent, and organized. - Curious problem solver with a results-driven, "Refuse to Lose" mentality. - Knowledge of digital/IT tools and fitness equipment and industry trends is a plus. - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, fostering a respectful and collaborative work environment. - Dependable and punctual in meeting job responsibilities and deadlines, demonstrates a strong sense of accountability in all tasks. - Values diversity and treats colleagues and customers with dignity and consideration. **The work-life at Technogym Malaysia**: - Exceptional private medical insurance and personal accident coverage. - Support for mental health consultations. - Exciting perks such as dental and optical care. - Additional health and fitness benefits including chiropractic, traditional Chinese medicine (TCM), and physiotherapy. - Complimentary access to Technogym equipment at our showroom office. - Free snacks and pantry essentials. - Generous maternity/paternity leave policies. - Embrace a "work-like-a-home" culture. - Engage in regular team-building events, enjoyable gatherings, and diverse activities. - Experience a professional team environment with equality and diversity.
