**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Sales & Revenue Growth**
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve growth targets for condensed milk, coconut milk powder, coconut milk, and palm oil.
- Identify, pursue, and secure new customers, distributors, and trading partners locally and internationally.
- Negotiate and close high-value contracts and long-term supply agreements.

**2. Market Development & Strategy**
- Conduct market research to identify trends, pricing, competitive products, and new opportunities.
- Recommend product positioning, pricing strategies, and promotional activities to maximize profitability.
- Collaborate with the R&D and production teams to align product offerings with customer needs.

**3. Key Account Management**
- Manage relationships with major clients, including multinational FMCG companies and regional distributors.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through regular follow-ups, resolving issues, and providing technical product support.

**4. International Trade & Compliance**
- Drive export market development, ensuring compliance with international trade laws, Halal, FSSC, and other relevant certifications.
- Coordinate with logistics, finance, and operations to ensure smooth execution of shipments.

**5. Cross-Functional Collaboration**
- Work with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns and sales materials.
- Provide market intelligence to management for strategic planning and decision-making.
- Liaise with procurement to ensure competitive raw material sourcing for palm oil and coconut-based products.

**Knowledge and Skill Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Food Science, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in FMCG, food manufacturing, or commodity trading.
- Fluent in Mandarin (written and spoken).
- Proven track record in developing international markets, particularly in dairy and coconut product segments.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and networking skills.
- Familiarity with Halal, Kosher, and international food export requirements.
- Willingness to travel domestically and overseas.
