**SITE QUANTITY SURVEYOR (BASED IN SABAH)**

Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and Site Quantity Surveyor to join our construction team. As a Site Quantity Surveyor, you will play a vital role in managing and controlling costs throughout the construction process. Your primary responsibilities will be to ensure accurate measurement and evaluation of project quantities, prepare cost estimates, submit claims and monitor the financial progress of construction projects on site.

**Responsibilities**:

- To prepare and submit progress claims and final accounts to the client, and to evaluate the same from subcontractors/vendors.
- To take off quantities from drawings and prepare bills of quantities.
- To assist in sourcing and purchasing of process equipment and building materials.
- To assist in preparing the budget for individual projects and cost monitoring.
- To participate in bidding, pre-contract, post-contract and costing activities to ensure corporate objectives are met.
- To assist in the negotiation, administration, extension, termination, and re-negotiation of contracts/orders.
- To assist in evaluating received bids for conformity to contract requirements and preparation of recommendations and Letter of Acceptance.

Qualification:

- Diploma or above in Quantity Survey, Engineering or equivalent.
- At least 2 to 5 years of working experience as Quantity Surveyor/Estimator.
- Being familiar with M&E works, particularly in water supply & wastewater related projects will be an added advantage.
- Pleasant personality, hardworking, willing to learn, good communication skills, and a team player.

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
