Roles: Technical Coordinator cum Administration (Junior Assistant / Protégé)
Job Location: Cyberjaya, Malaysia
Qualifications: Diploma or equivalent and above
1. Flexible work scope in the frame of business sustainability (admin) and operational efficiency (technical). Typical activities including but not limited to below listed, and all team members will be exposed to a minimum of 3 functions at once to be qualified as Technical Administrative Specialist.
a. Participate in customer service activities such as front desk, consultation, on-site support and customized services.
b. Participate in supply chain activities such as inventory, sourcing, logistic etc.
c. Participate in production activities such as planning, scheduling, manufacturing etc.
d. Participate in supplier management activities such as contract, invoicing, quality etc.
e. Participate in engineering activities such as design, validation, proof of concept etc.
f. Participate in documentation activities such as authoring, translation, revision etc.
3. Administrator function:
a. General procurement and finance activities.
b. Manage IT & facilities activities.
c. Support management of company documentations, policies and procedures.
d. Coordinate work sharing between multiple stakeholders, internally or externally.
e. Support shared services team.
4. Resource management function:
a. Support creation of database relevant to resource and talents.
b. Support internal & external HR activities, all scopes.
c. Support technical coordination for talent acquisition.
5. Training development function:
a. Support building training materials for Learning Management System & Quiz Manager, Skill Matrix.
b. Participate in suggesting, proposal and/or building of training programs related to core operation or as requested by different division within SONOVISION-ORTEC group as well as external customers.
c. Support trainer activities as back-office admin.
6. Project coordinator function:
a. Participate in project as observer, identify pain points and propose improvement from 3rd person point of view.
b. Support innovation and industrialization process from back-office.
c. Act as main base backup for project team.
7. Business development function:
a. Support preparation of marketing material such as presentation slides.
b. Support building customer database.
c. Digital content management, including content creation.
d. Support various business activities such as market survey, statistics collection, trending analysis, customer expectations studies etc.
8. Contribute to continuous improvement and innovation for production efficiency. Proactive in personal improvement path to achieve qualified as team member within 12 months.
9. Compliance to quality, safety and environmental policies, towards ZERO audit finding target to build and maintain positive branding globally.
**Profile**:
Open minded, resourceful, and far-visioned personality with professional education background.
Education: Minimum of Diploma or equivalent education level.
Experience: Preferably 6 months of internship or industrial trainings. *Fresh graduates are welcomed to be our junior trainee.
1. Logical thinking, reasoning mindset, able to perform root cause analysis.
2. Customer oriented, fast responsive, proactive attitude.
3. Advanced level of English, negotiation skills, technical writing skill.
4. Strong organization skills, multitasking, time management, prioritization.
5. Able to demonstrate technical knowledge/expertise in at least 1 of these trades: engineering, finance, logistic, HR, field service, customer service, aviation.
**Mandatory Requirement**:
**Malaysia nationality; or foreigner with legal authorization for employment. Able to commute for work at office and sites.**
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
