**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare, update and format project-related documents, including BOQs, cost breakdowns, and work schedules.
- Issue Purchase Orders (PO) and Proforma Invoices (PIs) based on approved scopes and quotations.
- Assist in preparing regular **Project Progress Reports**, consolidating updates from site teams and departments.
- Develop PowerPoint presentations and project briefings for internal and client meetings.
- Maintain well-organized records of all project documentation and correspondence.
- Track approval timelines, submission schedules and key project milestones.
- Liaise with design, procurement, accounts and site teams to support project coordination.
- Act as a point of contact for project admin matters when the General Manager is travelling.

**Job Requirements**
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in project administration, coordination, or similar roles, preferably within interior fit-out, construction, or manufacturing industries.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with preparing and formatting BOQs, cost breakdowns, and project documentation is an added advantage.
- Strong communication and follow-up skills
- Able to handle sensitive information professionally and confidentially.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
