**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Brand Promotion**: Act as a key advocate for our brand, ensuring consistency and excellence in all customer interactions.
- **Sales Support**: Assist the sales team by providing valuable insights and support to drive sales and meet targets.
- **Customer Interaction**: Engage with customers to understand their needs, answer queries, and provide product information.
- **Marketing Collaboration**: Work closely with the marketing team to align brand messaging and promotional strategies.
- **Feedback Collection**: Gather and report customer feedback to help improve products and services.
- **Event Support**: Assist in organizing and participating in promotional events and campaigns.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: Previous experience in sales, customer service, or brand management is a plus.
- **Skills**: Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- **Customer Focus**: Ability to engage with customers effectively and provide excellent support.
- **Attention to Detail**: Ability to ensure brand consistency and accuracy in all communications.
- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Marketing or a related field is a plus.
