Purchasing Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Handle overseas procurement activities including sourcing, negotiation, and purchase order processing.
2. Communicate and coordinate closely with international suppliers, particularly those based in China.
3. Prepare and issue purchase orders, track order progress, and ensure timely material delivery.
4. Conduct supplier evaluations and prepare comprehensive performance reports for management review.
5. Maintain and update the approved supplier list based on evaluation results and performance tracking.
6. Work closely with internal departments such as Production and Logistics to ensure smooth purchasing operations.
7. Monitor market trends, material pricing, and explore new sourcing opportunities to achieve cost efficiency.
8. Ensure all purchasing activities comply with company policies, procedures, and ISO requirements.
9. Prepare monthly procurement and supplier performance reports for management presentation.
**Job Requirements**:
- Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 to 3 years of relevant working experience in purchasing or procurement, preferably with exposure to overseas sourcing.
- Proficient in **Mandarin** and **English** (both written and spoken) to facilitate communication with Chinese suppliers.
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work under mínimal supervision.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
