Trader Assistant

1. To solicit offers from suppliers and make daily offers to our customers.

2. Assist traders to generate sales and purchase contracts.

3. Update daily trading position.

4. Allocation/ matching of Sales and Purchase order.

5. Coordinate synthetic rubber supply chain.

6. Explore new SBR customers globally.

7. To submit bill of exchange and document to banker.

8. To arrange documents despatch to customers.

9. Monitor and update vessels ETA for all rubber shipments.

10. Assist to follow up payment from customers.

11. Communicate the shipments details with overseas agent via group chat.

12. Need to know Mandarin, 80% of our business is dealing with China.

**Job Types**: Full-time, New-Grad

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
