**1.Vehicle** **Management**

1.Monitor and track on safety critical equipment test done on monthly basis by

preparing a summary template;overfill sensor,emergency cut-off button,permissive ground system,tank truck pressure relief valves inspection and LPG pressure relief valve inspection for management review

2.Monitor and track on hose pressure test and hose continuity test done on monthly basis by preparing summary template for management review

3.Monitor and track trucks documentation by checking LPKP/Road tax/Permit/Calibration certificate/expiry etc to ensure compliance to regulations

**2.Driver** **Management**

1.Conduct assessment on driver trainer by attending training session and evaluate the trainer using template to ensure methodology used is consistent and effective

2.Perform Observation analysis with improvement plan by preparing observation trend analysis and share with drivers to reduce risk related to behavior.

3.Review Behavior Observation on others by using desk review to improve quality on the usage of observation forms.

4.Coordinate and taking MoM of HSE meeting and driver's safety meeting on monthly basis

5.Track completion of training conducted by Driver Trainer for management review

6.Participate in toolbox meeting on monthly basis n sharing of safety related information

7.Coordinate driver's screening on criminal with client

**3. Journey** **Management**

1.Perform OTC/GPS analysis with improvement plan by reviewing violations and

prepare monitoring sheet to reduce violation and reduce risk of major incident

2.Review driving behavior through OBC by completing the observation form provided by client on weekly basis

3.Prepare drivers profiling i.e.no of violations, work and rest hours violation and consequence management for management review

**4.Risk** **assessment**

1.Review risk assessment performed by checking the accuracy of the information provided using risk assessment form to minimize hazards and risk.

2.Perform high risk operations by physically visit the site using risk assessment checklist and prepares high risk hypothetical scenario to minimize incident of happening and safe working condition.

Pay: RM1,900.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
