**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee daily operations, including procurement, storage, and distribution of medical supplies.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to ensure the timely and cost-efficient delivery of medical supplies to our clients.
- Coordinate and monitor the supply chain process from vendor selection to delivery.
- Monitor inventory levels, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement inventory control measures.
- Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements (e.g., GDPMD, MDA, Halal certifications).
- Manage relationships with suppliers, logistics partners, regulatory authorities, and healthcare clients.
- Supervise and guide procurement and inventory teams, ensuring optimal productivity and performance.
- Prepare operational reports, analyze data, and present recommendations to management for continuous improvement.
- Ensure high standards of quality control, safety protocols, and regulatory compliance in operational activities.
- Address and resolve operational issues promptly, including vendor and client disputes, delivery discrepancies, and quality concerns.
- Identify and address operational bottlenecks and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.
- Collaborate with business development teams to forecast demand and manage supply accordingly.
- Assist in any other ad-hoc assignment as and when required by the management.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related fields.
- Extensive experience (4+ years) in operations management, preferably in the medical or healthcare industry
- Strong understanding of inventory management, logistics, and distribution best practices
- Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and project management skills
- Ability to lead and motivate a team, with effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong knowledge of local regulatory requirements related to medical supplies (KKM, GDPMD, MDA)
- Proven experience dealing with KKM procurement processes would be an added advantage.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to liaise with internal teams, clients, and external vendors.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Freelance

Pay: RM8,000.00 - RM18,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
