1 HR Operations
- Leave administration
- Proper tracking and filing for all the leave forms
- Perform monthly Payroll processing and yearly income tax forms generating for employees
- Administer welfare benefits correspondingly
- Upkeep and maintain employee personal record and documents
- Process month statutory payment before deadline
- Maintains employee confidence and protects payroll operations by keeping information confidential.
- Report preparation

2 Recruitment & Selection
- Work with business unit to build strong teams through recruitment and selection process, according to unit’s requirements & strategies
- Ensure recruitment activities are in line with manpower plan and budget
- Prepare and post recruitment advertisement
- Conduct screening, interviewing and selection assessments with hiring managers
- Update recruitment tracking list and schedule interview accordingly
- Manage on-boarding process for new hires and off-boarding process for resigning employees within the legislative requirements

3 Performance Management
- Assist in the co-ordination of the annual review exercise
- Work with business unit to implement appropriate career path and talent development programmes
- Track and monitor the performance and development of talent pool.
- Archiving the appraisal documents physically and electronically

4 Training & Development
- Perform administration of training policies and programs.
- Analyse training needs, plan and draw up total training programs for staff.
- Monitor training needs and source available programs to line managers
- Follow up on the effectiveness of training programs
- Coordinate new hire orientation

5 HR Policy & Procedures
- Assist in the formulation of HR policies
- Advice on policies and ensure consistent compliance to Company’s policies
- Implement and communicate policies effectively
- Assist in the regular review and update of Staff Handbook to ensure that the HR policies and procedures are up to date

6 Compensation
- Assist in the review of compensation & benefits polices to ensure that the total reward system remain competitive in the industry
- Assist in the benchmarking exercise
- Assist in the design of performance incentive plans

7 Employee Relations
- Engage regularly with employees
- Provide timely feedback to top management on HR issues raised by employees
- Serve as the initial point of contact for employee’s issues and inquiries including but not limited to benefits and company policies

8 Others
- Undertake any other ad hoc duties or projects as assigned by Supervisor
- In charge of centralised purchase and usage tracking i.e. mask, test kit, sanitizer and so on
