**Key Responsibilities:Electrical Maintenance & Operations**
- Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot 11kV electrical systems including switchgears, transformers, and distribution panels.
- Perform scheduled preventive maintenance and inspections of electrical installations and systems.
- Ensure power supply reliability for all critical retail operations (e.g., lighting, refrigeration, HVAC, POS systems).

**Safety & Compliance**
- Ensure all electrical work complies with Energy Commission (Suruhanjaya Tenaga - ST) regulations and safety standards.
- Maintain updated records of electrical systems, inspections, and maintenance logs.
- Respond promptly to electrical emergencies, outages, or system failures.

**Facility Support**
- Coordinate with external vendors and contractors for electrical-related works or system upgrades.
- Support the facility management team in other building maintenance activities when required.
- Conduct regular energy audits and recommend efficiency improvements.

**Documentation & Reporting**
- Maintain all electrical licenses, testing reports, and technical documentation.
- Prepare reports on electrical system performance, incidents, and maintenance activities.

**Requirements**:

- **Possess a valid BO Chargeman Certificate (11kV)** issued by the **Energy Commission (Suruhanjaya Tenaga)** - Malaysia.
- Minimum **3-5 years of experience** in handling 11kV electrical systems, preferably in a commercial or retail environment.
- Strong knowledge of electrical codes, safety procedures, and Energy Commission compliance.
- Able to work independently, handle emergency breakdowns, and perform hands-on troubleshooting.
- Willing to work on a **shift schedule**, weekends, or public holidays if needed.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience working in **retail malls, supermarkets, hypermarkets, or commercial buildings**.
- Familiarity with building management systems (BMS), generator sets (gensets), UPS systems, and fire alarm panels.
- Good communication skills in **Bahasa Malaysia and English**.

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: RM7,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month

Supplemental Pay:
