**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Reporting to Unit Team Lead and provide a day-to-day IT support to the user technical issues and request in a professional way and timely manner.
- Monitor and ensure Company network (LAN,WAN, Wifi) availability and uptime within the given Service Level Agreement (SLA).
- Enforce IT security policy, monitor and comply to the overall company IT Cybersecurity areas including firewall, web, network, sever, computer, antivirus policy, Disaster Recovery and etc.
- Enhance network security and company OT infrastructure from time in order to protect the Company from internal and external threats.
- Participate in any new IT project involving the Company network and Infrastructure.
- To provide 1st level support or escalate issues to appropriate support level.
- Might require to standby 24/7 shift, travel to branches/site offices within short time as and when require by management.
- To maintain and update the documentations related to network and infra.
- Assist in maintenance and management of the Company servers, storage, network devices, firewall, data center, Internet, IT hardware & software audit, backups, DR and etc.

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**:

- Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Science, Professional Certificate or any of its equivalent discipline.
- Atleast 3 to 5 years of working experience.
- Knowledge in Microsoft AD & WSUS Server, Group Policy (GPO), FTP Server, VMare vSphere, NAS & SAN Storage, configuring routers, switches, wireless and data centres.

Pay: RM2,100.00 - RM3,100.00 per month
