Work closely with project team for variation works, progress claim and cost control and attending to Client / Consultants during site walks and meeting on claims.
- Perform regular site visit/supervision to ensure the project is executed timely and contractors are carry out the works according to contract.
- Measure and determine amount of work done at stage in order to evaluate Variation, contractual and Progress Claims from Sub-Contractors.
- Monitor the Issuing of work orders, Purchase order and payment
- Liaising with the mall and stakeholders regarding drawing submission
- Fit-out coordination with the mall’s Fit Out team
- Monitors general contractor and vendor performance during construction built-out phase through site visits and report review to verify that all works are done in accordance with approved submission and compliance with regulations.
- Collate and files all relevant approvals, permits, as built drawings and warranty. Handover to maintenance team once project completed.
- Maintains established construction schedules to allow store to open on time.

**Job Requirements**
- Degree/Diploma in Architecture/Interior Design
- Fit Out Experience min 2 years
- Experienced in Project Management
- Good communication & interpersonal skills
- Proficient in both written and spoken English & Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin speaker is an added advantage.

**Salary**: RM4,000.00 - RM5,300.00 per month
