**Position Overview** As a Club Manager, you are the primary leader responsible for the operational excellence and success of your assigned location(s). This critical role demands a hands-on approach to revenue growth, member engagement, and facility management. You will be directly accountable for delivering exceptional member experience, driving revenue growth, maintaining operational standards, and developing your local team to achieve peak performance. **Key Responsibilities** **SALES & REVENUE** - Drive new membership sales to meet and exceed monthly targets - Build relationships with your member base to ensure a steady flow of referrals - Conduct neighborhood canvassing campaigns to generate leads - Build relationships with corporate clients and community partners - Monitor sales metrics and optimize conversion strategies - Present our business model consistently across all sales channels **PERSONAL TRAINING SERVICES** - Ensure PT targets are met through effective sales and scheduling - Drive PT services during the membership signing process to maximize conversion - Support trainer development and certification compliance - Optimize PT programming to enhance member satisfaction - Collaborate with PT Manager to maximize personal training revenue **MEMBER EXPERIENCE** - Maintain high member satisfaction and retention rates - Embody our "Surprisingly Personable" approach in all interactions - Create a welcoming environment that enhances the member journey - Handle member feedback and resolve concerns promptly - Ensure consistent delivery of member onboarding and consultations - Implement effective retention programs and engagement initiatives **FACILITY & TEAM MANAGEMENT** - Recruit, train, and manage high-performing staff - Oversee daily operations and administrative requirements - Ensure club cleanliness and equipment maintenance - Maintain compliance with Anytime Fitness policies and safety regulations - Produce performance reports on key business metrics - Uphold Anytime Fitness brand standards and cultural values **CORE RESPONSIBILITIES FOR ALL EMPLOYEES** **BRAND & CULTURE** - Support and articulate the Anytime Fitness mission statement - Embody Anytime Fitness Cultural Values in all interactions - Maintain a Healthy Way of Life personally and professionally - Adhere to all company policies and procedures **FACILITY STANDARDS** - Ensure club cleanliness using all 5 senses: - Visual inspection for neatness and order - Appropriate sound and music levels - Clean and dry surfaces - Quality control of café offerings - Fresh, odor-free environment **CUSTOMER SERVICE** - Demonstrate positive attitude through courtesy and professionalism - Provide exceptional service to all internal and external customers - Display cooperation, hospitality, and sensitivity in all interactions **SAFETY COMPLIANCE** - Follow all company safety protocols and procedures - Use required safety devices and personal protection equipment - Report accidents and injuries to supervisor promptly - Identify and address unsafe conditions immediately - Participate in safety training and inspections - Suggest preventative safety measures Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month **Benefits**: - Gym membership - Opportunities for promotion - Professional development Schedule: - Fixed shift Supplemental Pay: - Commission pay **Experience**: - Fitness: 1 year (preferred) - Management: 3 years (required) **Language**: - English (required) - Bahasa (required) Work Location: In person
