**Job Advertisement: Handyman (Maintenance Department)** **Location**: Klang Valley **Company Industry : Retail FMCG** **Working Hours**: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM | 5.5 days/week | Rotational days(no fixed off days) **Salary**: Up to RM2,800 + OT claimable **Motorbike (ADV160) provided with petrol allocation/Van** **About the Role** We are hiring **6 experienced maintenance** to join our in-house Maintenance Team This is a **mobile role** that involves traveling within Klang Valley to perform general maintenance across our retail outlets. You’ll be responsible for **basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry, civil works, and scheduled tasks** like water filter replacements. You’ll work **in pairs**, using company-provided tools and vehicles. **Key Responsibilities** - Perform general repair & maintenance at assigned stores. - **Plumbing**: Leaks, clogging, fixture replacements. - **Electrical**: Light replacements, plug point installations. - **Carpentry**: Door, furniture, and fixture repairs. - **Civil**: Patching walls, tiling, basic painting. - Carry out scheduled tasks (e.g., water filter replacements). - Update job status. - Maintain company tools, equipment, and vehicles. - Be on standby for urgent repairs after working hours (OT claimable). **Requirements**: - Minimum SPM or Technical Certificate. - **At least 5 years' experience** in general maintenance or handyman work. - **Own motorcycle or car** (for initial mobility if needed). - Willing to travel extensively across Klang Valley (>50% of time). - Basic knowledge in electrical and plumbing is a **must**. - Able to work **rotational days**, including weekends and public holidays. **Added Advantages** - Experience managing multiple retail sites (>200 locations). - Strong problem-solving and communication skills. - Able to work under pressure but mínimal supervision. **Why Join Us?** - Vehicle (motorbike) + petrol provided. - Tools and materials supplied - no out-of-pocket expenses. - OT claimable & potential incentives. - Be part of Malaysia’s most iconic brand. **Job Type**: Permanent Pay: RM2,800.00 per month **Benefits**: - Cell phone reimbursement - Health insurance - Opportunities for promotion - Parental leave - Professional development - Vision insurance Work Location: In person
