Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for providing administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of the office.
- Maintain a system of accounts and keep books and records on all transactions and assets.
- To coordinate & liaise with different department
- Manage data in spreadsheets and reports
- Keep records and reports up to date
- Help maintain the budget plan
- Organize and schedule meetings and events
- Able to team up and working with other staff and delegate responsibilities
- Handle technical issues in their area of expertise
- Carry out clerical duties, including answering phones and preparing documents
- To perform any ad-hoc task assigned by management.
Job Qualification
- Fresh Graduates are encourage to apply
- Possess at least a Diploma/ Bachelor in Business Administration or Accounting equivalent with basic accounting knowledge.
- At least 1 year of working experience in the related field.
- Good team player and have good communication skills.
- Good time management skills.

Working Days
DAYS / TIME **9:00AM - 6:00PM**
- Monday - Saturday
- 9am - 6am (Saturday 9am - 1.00 pm)
