**Role Expectation**

You are a creative, detailed oriented and passionate talent to lead and monitor the department on implementing marketing strategies for our businesses' social media sites. You'll take responsibility to manage and keep track on the social media department's working progress in order to ensure the tasks are in line with marketing objectives. Most importantly, you will have to be analytical and insightful to curate contents matching to our target audience, also getting involved in business marketing succession.

**So what will you be doing?**
- Develop goals and objectives for the Social Media team to align with overall organizational strategies and growth goals.
- Design social media strategies and plans to meet the organization's growth goals.
- Managing and optimizing social media campaigns to meet organization revenue and business goals.
- Measure and report all social media campaigns' performance and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
- Responsible for working in collaboration with multiple departments and stakeholders to ensure brand consistency.
- Oversee the organization's social media accounts and work with the team to keep our media pages and accounts engaging.
- Responsible for identifying and adopting the latest emerging social media trends and technologies.
- Ensure that your social media team has adequate and suitable resources for optimal day-to-day operations.
- Responsible for organizing and coordinating social media operations in ways that ensure maximum productivity.
- Supervise employees' work and provide feedback and counsel to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Manage and lead the Social Media team to achieve set out targets.

**We do have a few job requirements that we will love to be upfront with you,**
- Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Marketing or equivalent.
- Required language(s): English and Mandarin (to liaise with mandarin-speaking clients).
- At least 3 years of working experience in social media marketing or marketing domain.
- Need to have the ability to work in collaboration with stakeholders across different teams and departments.
- Experience in managing social media accounts/pages and have experience in running social media adverts, especially on Facebook and Instagram.
- Analytical, data-driven person with strong problem solving skills.
- Experience in leading and managing a team.
- Able to start work immediately or with short notice is preferred.
