Full job description

Job Responsibilities:

- Identify key requirements of various roles across our multi-brand retail stores and headquarters, subsequently selecting suitable channels for job advertisement placements and evaluation of the recruitment process
- Managing and executing full-life cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, reference check, selection, offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Partnering with hiring managers and business leaders on diversity initiatives and attracting a diverse talent pool.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
- Planning, organizing and coordinating meaningful employee engagement initiatives to continuously drive employee satisfaction and loyalty
- Support staff with HR-related issues, including, compensation, benefits, rewards and recognition, vacation, misconduct, and any problem resolution
- Work closely with payroll and other departments, exercising the utmost discretion while working with highly confidential information

Job Competencies
- Experienced partnering with tertiary education providers is an added advantage
- Ability to communicate effectively through multiple organizational levels
- Demonstrates strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Demonstrates business acumen and a strong commercial / entrepreneurial drive
- Ability to work independently, navigate priorities and tasks assigned in an organized and timely manner with a strong sense of ownership
- Possess a can-do, solutions-focused approach in a fast-paced/unstructured environment
- Energetic, flexible, collaborative, and proactive; a team player who can positively and productively impact both strategic and operational initiatives

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
