Human Resources Executive

1. Assist in handling disciplinary and grievance issues, counselling, issuance of letters and other employee related matters.
2. To prepare and review the business license renewal, guarantee letter renewal process.
3. Assist in HR daily operations, handling staff benefits information included insurance claims, and processing termination paperwork.
4. To record and prepare reports for man power (local and foreign), submit weekly summons report /monthly report to the appropriate personnel.
5. To oversee and liaise with security personnel/companies or government authorities such as police to ensure company’s buildings, properties and employees safety are being protected all the time.
6. To be involved in preparation of human resources data, presentations and reports using appropriate software such as Powerpoint, Excel, Word as required.
7. To maintain an effective and efficient filing system, both paper and electronic, so that all information readily available for access and retrieve.
8. To assist the organisation, co-ordination and preparation of meetings, agendas and ensure distribution according within an agreed time frame.
9. To ensure all queries pertaining to human resources and admin works are accurately and appropriately monitored and resolved.

- **Requirements**:_
Required language Bahasa Malaysia and English.
PC literate (MS Excel & Word)
At least 3Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Excellent oral and written communication.
Accurate worker with attention to detail and leadership skill.
