**Work Location**:Subang Jaya, Selangor

**Work Responsibilities**:

- Provide bilingual support (English & Mandarin) for customer queries, translating and interpreting as needed.
- Monitor the data center and respond to system alerts and operational issues.
- Perform remote maintenance tasks and troubleshoot technical issues, coordinating with third-party suppliers when necessary.
- Follow standard procedures to resolve issues and maintain smooth operations.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to service improvement initiatives.
- Assist with standby duties and other operational tasks as needed.
- Provide first-level technical support for IT-related issues.

- Ability to perform the service request efficiently and effectively, and fulfil the Service Level Agreement (SLA) / Service Level Objective (SLO).

- Dependable with strong attention to detail.
- Familiarity with service desk & monitoring operations added an advantage.
- Have a fundamental understanding of Information technology (IT) or process knowledge and related components to ensure quality in the Operation Centre.
- Knowledge of IT Technology, especially in Microsoft and Data Center Networking.
- Minimum two (2) years of working experience in the Service Desk or Customer Services environment.

**Working Arrangement**: This work is a 12-hour shift as part of a 24/7 rotation, including weekends and public holidays. This will be a **3 days ON** and **3 days OFF** working arrangement.
**Fixed shift working hours**:Either 8:00am to 9:00pm OR 8:00pm to 9:00am.

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM6,500.00 per month
