**Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and research potential property owners, management corporation, joint management body, residence association, commisioner of buiding and other relevant parties in the property management industry.
- Generate leads and cold call prospective and potential leads such as property owners, management corporation, joint management body, residence association, commisioner of buiding and other relevant parties & set appointments with them.
- Meet with customers/clients face to face or over the phone.
- Foster and develop relationships with customers/clients.
- Create tailored proposals and assist in the presentations that showcase the company's property management services, highlighting the value and benefits of partnering with the company.
- Attend seminars, conferences and events where appropriate and keep abreast of trends and changes in the property management industry.
- To manage the company’s social media accounts and social media marketing/digital marketing activities.
- Any other duty & responsibility which the company may assign from time to time.

**Requirement**:

- Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience with strong interest in property management are encouraged to apply.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
- Proven experience in marketing and business development, especially in property management services or real estate, is a significant advantage;
- Industry Knowledge: Understanding of property management, real estate, and Strata Management Act (Act 757).
- Tenacity and drive to seek new business and meet or exceed targets.
- An excellent telephone manner for making initial contact and for ongoing communication with customers and business associates.
- Written and verbal communication skills (English and Bahasa Melayu) - needed for communicating with a range of people, both internally and externally, as well as presentation skills.

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
