**Responsibilities**:

- Assist Procurement Manager in Order Demand Planning and Replenishment
- Preparation of purchase Order. Tracking PO to ensure timely delivery
- Monitor & Co-ordinate inbound delivery from suppliers and liaise with warehouse to ensure proper documentation and accurate system posting
- Ensure procurement activities conform to technical specification, company policy & procedures.
- Monitor stock levels and identifying adequate purchase quantity to avoid short supply or overstocking

**Requirement**:

- SPM / Diploma in related field.
- Preferred minimum 2 years working experience in procurement management field
- Able to communicate in English, Malay and Chinese
- Adequate Excel skill
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: From RM3,500.00 per month
