Job Descriptions:

- Coordinate with Sales Team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information to other department.
- Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness.
- Inform clients & sales team of unforeseen delays or problems.
- Ensure adherence to laws and policies.
- Managing diaries and organizing meetings and appointments.
- Store and sort financial and non-financial data in electronic form and present reports.
- Assist in the preparation and organizing of promotional material or events.
- Monitor and organize all orders.
- Maintain organized sales records and report month-end goal setting to the senior management team. Typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence.
- Generating new business leads.
- Keeping informed of marketing strategies and trends.
- Monitor the team’s progress, identify shortcomings and propose improvements.
- Support fulfillment E commerce & work in progress sales when needed.
- Participate for Sales & Social Events.

Job Requirements:

- Diploma/Degree in any field.
- Proficient in MS Office. Knowledge in VLOOKUP will be an advantage.
- Good command of written and spoken in English & Bahasa Malaysia.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Good presentation skills.
- Able to work with minimum supervision

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
