Video & Motion Designer

**Your Role in the Company**

We’re looking for a Video Editor in the creative team who not only excels at post-production but also brings a sharp design sensibility and creative eye to every project. You’ll play a key role in creating compelling video content across platforms — from YouTube and social media to campaigns and brand visuals.

This role collaborates closely with the content marketing, social, brand, and other regional stakeholders to bring ideas to life and deliver world class creative work.

**Your responsibilities will include**
- Deliver top-quality, creative edits for a range of digital platforms and formats.
- Execute a smooth and efficient end-to-end video production process, from edit to delivery.
- Enhance video content with motion graphics and strong design elements.
- Ensure visual consistency by adhering to brand guidelines and design systems.
- Collaborate with creative team and stakeholders to align on creative direction and storytelling.
- Organise assets and streamline editing workflows for team efficiency.
- Manage multiple video projects concurrently while meeting deadlines.

- Establish streamlined video production workflows that enable the team to meet all project deadlines while continuously introducing fresh creative approaches, motion graphics techniques, and storytelling methods that elevate the overall quality of our visual content.
- Build strong working relationships with content marketing, social media, and regional teams, ensuring seamless project execution and serving as a trusted creative partner who translates business objectives into compelling visual narratives that resonate across our diverse global markets.

**What Makes You a Great Fit**

Qualification & Experience:

- Minimum 3 years of experience in video editing, with a strong portfolio demonstrating your ability to craft engaging and visually compelling stories.
- Experience in motion graphics or animation is a strong advantage
- Proven experience editing a range of content, including long-form YouTube videos, Shorts, Reels, and TikToks for organic channels

Technical & Functional Skills:

- Proficient in industry-standard editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve
- Skilled in creating video graphics using Adobe Illustrator, Canva, or similar design tools

Soft skills:

- Creative thinker with strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently
- Meticulous about the details, ensuring the quality and accuracy of deliverables prior to submission.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in English and ability to converse in Mandarin will be a great advantage to liaise with the Mandarin-speaking associates.
