**Tele Sales Agent**

Salary : RM 2,300
Allowances + Incentives: Misc RM 2400

Location : Bandar Utama
- **Job Scope**_
- Conduct outbound calls / drop off calls to potential customers from provided leads or databases.
- Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments to prospective customers.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs on a daily, weekly and monthly basis. (to be adjust accordingly)
- Keep accurate records of calls, sales, and prospect interactions in the system provided.
- Provide feedback and input on product/service improvement based on customer interactions. (to handling and share complaints / enquiries with teams)
- Strong understanding of financial products.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
- Ability to explain complex financial information in a clear and understandable manner

**Job Requirements**:

- Preferably applicants with sales/telesales/call centre/customer service experience
- Fresh graduates/ Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply
- Bahasa Melayu speaking is a MUST and have confident speaking in English.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with customers at all levels
- Ability to deliver high-quality customer service to external and internal customers
- Able to work in a team
- Have passion in sales and perseverance when face challenges
- Enthusiastic towards achieving target.
- Excellent telephone skills
- Comfortable making cold calls and establishing client relationships via phone.
- Must be a target-oriented, self-starter, and aggressive enough to achieve the defined targets.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: RM2,300.00 per month
