IT Business Analyst

1) Collaborate with stakeholders, including clients, users, and internal teams, to gather and document detailed project requirements.

2) Analyse current business processes, workflows, and systems to identify areas for improvement and optimization.

3) Work with stakeholders to define clear and concise business requirements, use cases, and functional specifications.

4) Translate business requirements into functional design documents that guide the development of technology solutions.

5) Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with business priorities.

6) Analyse data to derive insights and inform decision-making, such as identifying trends, patterns, and anomalies.

7) Create comprehensive documentation, including requirement documents, use cases, user stories, and process diagrams.

8) Identify gaps between current processes and desired outcomes, proposing solutions to address those gaps.

9) Act as a liaison between technical teams, project managers, clients, and end-users to ensure effective communication.

10) Review and validate requirements with stakeholders to ensure accuracy and alignment with business needs.

11) Identify potential risks and challenges related to requirements, proposing mitigation strategies.

12) Develop prototypes, mock-ups, and wireframes to illustrate the intended functionality and user interfaces.

13) Collaborate with QA teams and users to plan and execute UAT, ensuring solutions meet user expectations.

14) Suggest process improvements and identify opportunities for enhancing efficiency and effectiveness.

15) Support change management efforts by facilitating user training and ensuring smooth transitions to new solutions.

16) Work closely with developers, designers, and other technical team members to translate business requirements into technical specifications.

17) Prioritize requirements based on business impact, technical feasibility, and project constraints.

18) Provide training and support to end-users to ensure a smooth adoption of new systems and processes.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
