Tree Rivers is a part of the Muliamas Group of Companies and the world pioneers in the underwater logging and harvesting of uniquely preserved and sustainable tropical hardwood logs from rivers and hydroelectric dams.
Our team consists of unparalleled industry specialists at the forefront of their respective fields. Keeping in theme of our legacy to only hire the best individual in their respective field, we are now looking for a passionate Business Development Executive to join our growing team. The Business Development Executive will be primarily overseeing business development and sales activities, developing relationships, marketing, and opening new market for Tree Rivers products internationally.
This job offers an attractive commission on sales on top of its generous basic salary.
The key criteria are as follows:
Based in Mont Kiara, Kuala Lumpur.
Knowledge in sustainable timber products and interest in nature will be an added advantage.
Identifying, qualifying, and securing business opportunities; coordinating business generation activities; developing customized targeted sales strategies
Building business relationships with current and potential clients
Understanding client needs and offering solutions and support; answering potential client questions and follow-up call questions; responding to client requests for proposals
Creating informative presentations; presenting and delivering information to potential clients at client meetings, industry exhibits, trade shows, and conferences
Creating and maintaining a list/database of prospect clients; maintaining a database of prospective client information
Cold calling; making multiple outbound calls to potential clients; closing sales and working with the client through the closing process
Meeting all quotas for cold, active, inactive calls, appointments, and interviews; meeting or exceeding annual sales goals
Maintaining a pipeline of all sales administration
Collaborating with management on sales goals, planning, and forecasting; maintaining short
- and long-term business development plans
Proficient in managing social media accounts Instagram, LinkedIn and Facebook
Managing and monitoring team members such as the freelancers
Ability to develop good relationships with current and potential clients.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Experience in project management and sales.
Knowledge of productivity tools and software.
High attention to detail and a focus on fact-based decision making.
Able to converse well in the English language
Ability to converse in Mandarin will be added advantage

**Salary**: RM4,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
