Prepare subcontractor documentation - draft and issue Subcontractor Work Orders (WO) and Letters of Award (LOA).
- Handle payment certification - prepare Subcontractor Certificates, Payment Certificates, and Final Accounts.
- Document Follow Up - Liaise with subcontractors to ensure timely return of signed Work Orders, Letters of Award, and Final Accounts.
- Collaborative Teamwork - work effectively with team members to achieve departmental goals and project deadlines.
- Document Management - perform filing and e-filing of all relevant subcontractor documents in an organized and accessible manner.
- Bid comparison Analysis - prepare and analyze bid comparisons among subcontractors to support procurement decisions.
- Subcontractor Compliance Monitoring - track and update subcontractor registration forms (ISO) and conduct performance evaluations.
- Document Collection Support - assist in following up on supporting documents from subcontractors and site personnel.
- Ad hoc tasks - perform additional duties and tasks as assigned by the superior to support department operations.

**Job Requirement**
- Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveyor or other related fields.
- Preferable with Interior Design (ID) knowledge.
- General computer literate.
- Able to work with minimum supervision and good communication skills.
- Able to travel and station at site office.
- Has valid license.
- Required languages in Malay, English and Mandarin.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
