Driver

**DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- _The driver shall be responsible for the routine check-up of the vehicles, routine check-up to include but not limited to oil, brake function, water, lights & tire condition and the like. _**Pemandu bertanggungjawab untuk pemeriksaan rutin kenderaan, pemeriksaan rutin termasuk merangkumi minyak, fungsi brek, air, lampu & keadaan tayar dan seumpamanya.**:

- _The driver shall strictly observe Traffic Rules and Regulation and maximum speed limit as prescribed by the Transport Act. The driver shall always drive the company vehicles safely and comfortably and must exercise defensive driving while on the road to prevent accident_. **Pemandu harus mematuhi Peraturan dan Peraturan Lalu Lintas dan had laju maksimum seperti yang ditentukan oleh Akta Pengangkutan. Pemandu harus selalu memandu kenderaan syarikat dengan selamat dan selesa dan mesti melakukan pemanduan secara defensif ketika berada di jalan raya untuk mengelakkan kemalangan.**:

- _The driver shall maintain assigned vehicles always clean and in good condition, necessary maintenance such as washing and /or cleaning of assigned vehicles shall be done and scheduled properly for the convenience of the client. _**Pemandu harus memastikan kenderaan ketika bertugas sentiasa bersih dan dalam keadaan baik, penyelenggaraan yang diperlukan seperti mencuci dan / atau membersihkan kenderaan yang ditugaskan harus dilakukan dan dijadualkan dengan betul untuk keselesaan pelanggan**:

- _During the waiting time either inside or outside of the premises, the driver shall always stop the engine and electric power of assigned vehicles to save consumption of fuels._ **Semasa waktu menunggu di dalam atau di luar premis, pemandu hendaklah sentiasa menghentikan enjin dan kuasa elektrik kenderaan yang ditugaskan untuk menjimatkan penggunaan bahan bakar**:

- _The driver shall endeavor to give attention of the client or its passenger whenever or wherever, and must always be at sight of the clients / company_**. Pemandu hendaklah berusaha memberi perhatian kepada pelanggan atau penumpangnya bila-bila masa dan di mana sahaja, dan mesti sentiasa memihak kepada pelanggan / syarikat**:

- _Sleeping inside the company vehicles is strictly not allowed._ **Tidur di dalam kenderaan syarikat sama sekali tidak dibenarkan.**:

- _The driver shall, at all time park the vehicles at the designated parking area._ **Pemandu hendaklah, sentiasa meletakkan kenderaan di kawasan tempat letak kenderaan yang ditentukan**:

- _It is the sole responsibility of the driver to monitor expiration and renewal of his driver’s license without causing any inconvenience to the client or the company scheduled._ **Tanggungjawab pemandu adalah untuk memantau masa tamat dan pembaharuan lesen memandu tanpa menimbulkan kesulitan kepada pelanggan atau syarikat yang dijadualkan**:

- _Fuel and necessary expenses for the maintenance shall be approved by Transport Officer, however any expenses incurred by the driver without prior approval and knowledge of the company is not reimbursable._ **Minyak kenderaan dan perbelanjaan yang diperlukan untuk penyelenggaraan hendaklah disetujui oleh Pegawai Kenderaan, namun segala perbelanjaan yang dikeluarkan oleh pemandu tanpa persetujuan dan pengetahuan syarikat terlebih dahulu tidak akan dibayar atau diganti semula.**:

- _The driver shall observe strictly the company rules and regulation, policies and instruction of the Company. _**Pemandu harus mematuhi peraturan dan peraturan, polisi dan arahan syarikat dengan ketat**:

- _Able to replace staff (during an emergency) and stand in for transportation services in the absence of the Head of Department or Transport Officer. _**Bersedia mengganti kakitangan (semasa kecemasan) dan bersedia untuk perkhidmatan pengangkutan sekiranya ketiadaan Ketua Jabatan atau Pegawai Kenderaan.**:
