**Summary**:
Responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting complex datasets to support mainly the claims function, and other operational business functions, where applicable. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement, create detailed reports, and present actionable recommendations based on your analyses.

**Key Responsibility**:

- **Data Collection and Management**:

- Gather and organize health & life claims data from various sources, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Develop, curate and maintain databases.
- **Data Analysis**:

- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
- Use statistical methods and data modeling techniques to forecast outcomes and support decision-making.
- **Reporting and Visualization**:

- Create and present comprehensive reports, dashboards, and visualizations that effectively communicate findings to stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain automated reporting tools to streamline data access and reporting processes.
- **Collaboration**:

- Work with different departments to understand their data needs and provide analytical support.
- Collaborate with data engineers and IT teams to ensure data integrity and system efficiency.
- **Continuous Improvement**:

- Recommend and implement improvements to data collection and analysis processes.
- Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies in data analytics.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, or a business related field.
- **Experience**:

- Experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role, especially in support of business functions.
- Proven experience and results with data analysis, in a business setting.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and statistical software will be a bonus.
- **Soft Skills**:

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
