Are you an experienced in property management, maintenance or home repair? We have short-stay properties and event space that require your help in management.

Jobscope:

- manage a portfolio of 10-40 properties around Klang Valley
- solve maintenance issues in all properties
- manage cleaning team
- restock supplies in the properties
- perform regular check to the properties
- attend to tenant and guest requests
- check in and check out of new tenant/guests
- usher and service VIP clients during event
- setup and prepare new properties for launch
- ad-hoc

Requirement:

- Have own transport
- High problem solving skills
- Presentable

Advantage:

- Have own car & license
- Experienced in leading a team
- Basic home repair skills

Working Hours & Location:

- Flexi hours, task completion based
- Multiple locations in Klang Valley

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
