Job Description- Identify and review dashboards, alerts and alarms-
- Supports cross medical product solutions (9 Different Product Type)- Builds effective working relationships across functions and locations- Maintains a strong focus on delivering high quality work; holds self to high quality standards- Demonstrates adaptability for working in diverse environments; manage multiple tasks at a time and able to prioritize; work independently- Follows procedures and processes in an FDA regulated environment- Communicates effectively with customers; builds rapport and listens to needs and takes action to meet customer needs- Seeks out initiatives and projects that will broaden experiences / skill set and support critical organization capabilities-
- Work in shifts in a 24/7 support team.

Preferred Requirements- Minimum of 2-years in a technical support environment with direct customer service support. (in IT or Healthcare fields)-
- Excellent documentation skills including detailed case notes while on the phone with a customer- Skills, abilities, and an In-depth knowledge of general computer terms and navigation skills.- Analytical and problem solving skills to handle windows operating systems.- Ability to communicate technical solutions/recommendations to a non-technical audience- Write SQL Queries (Select, Join (Left/Right), Update, Insert)- SQL Server 2008+ Administration- Windows Server (2008+) and Desktop Administration (Win7+)- Networking topology, terminology, commands- IIS and Web Application Administration- Group Policies Terminology and Administration- Active Directory Administration- VMWare Terminology and Administration- Installing peripherals (Scanners, Printers...)- Application (non-Pyxis) Installation and Troubleshooting
