We’re seeking a dynamic and strategic Digital Marketing Manager (DMM) **to drive new business growth, to take the lead of our highly creative and growing team.**This role is for a proven leader who can balance hands-on strategic execution with a clear focus on driving growth through internal business development and mentorship. You’ll be responsible for elevating our team's creative output and securing the projects that fuel our growth.

**What You’ll Do**:

- **Drive New Business**: Actively identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities with both new clients and our existing clientele. Your goal is to proactively expand the GREEN-i team's portfolio by growing our client base and securing additional projects.
- **Lead and Elevate Creative Strategy & Production**: Lead and elevate the team’s overall creative strategy and production oversight, with a focus on delivering high-quality, high-performing digital content that drives real results. This includes all assets, from social media graphics and online ads to video production (Reels, Stories, and educational/awareness short video series).
- **Mentor and Empower the Team**: Guide, manage, and coach a digital marketing team—including digital designers and a digital marketing executive—to deliver high-impact campaigns. Implement a collaborative ideation process to ensure the team can independently generate compelling social media and content calendars.
- **Develop Full-Funnel Strategy**: Design and execute multi-channel digital marketing strategies that connect client needs to measurable outcomes, optimising the entire funnel from awareness to conversion.
- **Champion Innovation & Technology**: Proactively identify and explore new tools, technologies, and trends, including the rise of AI in marketing, to bring fresh ideas to the team and solve client challenges in their digital marketing spaces.
- **Oversee Performance and Analytics**:Act as the primary owner of campaign performance. Utilise deep data analysis to not just report, but to strategically optimise campaigns and set new performance benchmarks for clients.
- **Elevate Client Relationships**: Serve as the strategic partner for clients, participating in high-level discussions and presenting performance insights to build trust and long-term partnerships.
- **Champion Process Excellence**: Standardise and refine internal processes to improve campaign delivery, speed, and overall efficiency, making the team more scalable.

**Remuneration Package**:

- This is an On-Target Earnings (OTE) position designed to reward high-performing individuals for their direct contribution to business growth.
- Your remuneration includes base salary per month, reflecting your core responsibilities and expertise.
- Variable Bonus/Commission, a performance-based component tied directly to new business acquisition and upselling to existing clients.

**Who We’re Looking For**:

- **Experience**: Minimum 4-6 years in digital marketing, with hands-on experience running campaigns and managing a team. Prior agency experience is highly preferred.
- **Leadership**: Someone who can confidently lead and grow a small team while maintaining quality and performance benchmarks.
- **Analytical Mindset**: Capable of interpreting data, identifying trends, and optimising based on insights. Comfortable with performance metrics like CPL, ROAS, CTR, and CVR.
- **Strategic Thinking**: Able to craft and execute digital strategies aligned with client goals, budget constraints, and timeline.
- **Communication Skills**: Clear, professional communicator who can simplify complex results and maintain strong client relationships.
- **Organisation & Efficiency**:Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail and timely execution.
- **Growth-Oriented**:Eager to stay ahead of digital trends, tools, and best practices—always seeking improvement.
